OFFICIAL RULES OF THE CONTEST
Pursuant to U.S. promotional law regulations.

SECTION 1 – SPONSOR
The contest (hereinafter, the “Contest”) is promoted by The_tinted_Palette.
SECTION 2 – DURATION
The Contest will run from 2nd May 2025 (starting at 9 AM New York time) until 6th May 2025 (ending at 11:59 PM New York time).
Registration will be open from the moment the Contest is announced via social media or email and will remain open until the deadline indicated on the registration page.
After this date, no further artistic submissions will be accepted.
The selection of the winning entries will be completed by the end of day, 7th May 2025.
SECTION 3 – PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST
The purpose of the Contest is to promote awareness of the The_tinted_palette courses, as well as the services offered by the Sponsor.
SECTION 4 – ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to individuals of any nationality who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state/country of residence) at the time of entry and who follow the participation instructions provided by the Sponsor.
Employees and/or collaborators of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, direct ascendants, and descendants), are not eligible to participate.
SECTION 5 – TERRITORIAL SCOPE
The Contest is open to participants residing in the United States and U.S. territories, unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor.
SECTION 6 – HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Contest, participants must:
- Access the registration page through the link shared via social media or email;
- Register by providing their full name and email address;
- Upload a photo of their artwork using the Google Form linked in the confirmation page and in the confirmation email received after registering.
Any attempted fraudulent actions aimed at creating false identities to enter multiple times will result in immediate disqualification.
SECTION 7 – PRIZES AND PRIZE VALUE
Participants may win the prize, as selected per the criteria set out in Section 8.
The prizes consist of the following 2 Courses (the “Prize”):
- Realistic Food Illustrations with acrylics
- Realistic Flower Illustrations with acrylics
The Prize, consisting of access to these courses, has a total value of USDÂ 394Â (including VAT).
The Sponsor will award three (3) Prizes.
SECTION 8 – WINNER SELECTION
The three (3) winners will be selected at the end of the Contest, no later than 7th May 2025 11:59 PM.
The evaluation criteria for the submitted artworks will include:
- Accuracy in following the tutorial’s guidelines;
- Skill in using the artistic tool in question (watercolor, acrylics, and others);
- Visibility of details in the photo submitted (photo must be well-lit and high quality, ensuring the artwork details are visible).
SECTION 9 – WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at registration within fifteen (15) days after the winners are selected.
If the Sponsor does not receive a response from the selected winner within five (5) days of sending the winning notification email, or if the reply does not contain the required data to award the Prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to assign the Prize to the next eligible alternate.
The Sponsor may also request a copy of the winner’s ID to confirm their age at the time of registration. If the information is inaccurate, the Prize will not be awarded, and it will be assigned to the next alternate.
SECTION 10 – PRIZE DELIVERY
The Prize will be awarded within fifteen (15) days of the Sponsor’s receipt of the winner’s confirmation email, as per Section 9.
The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner. If the contact information is invalid, the winner will not receive the Prize and will not be entitled to any compensation.
Prizes may not be exchanged for other goods or services.
SECTION 11 – NOTICES
Participation in the Contest will take place through the Sponsor’s website. Internet connection costs are the responsibility of each participant according to their own service provider plan. The Sponsor is not an internet provider and does not benefit from any internet fees.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
The data used for the Contest may be stored on servers located outside the United States.
This Contest is intended for promotional purposes and is not subject to registration with any government body in the United States. These Official Rules serve as public notice in accordance with applicable laws.

The Contest will be advertised on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
SECTION 13 – MODIFICATION OF THE RULES
The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules, provided that any such modifications do not adversely affect the rights of participants. Any changes to the rules will be communicated through the same channels used to publicize the Contest.
SECTION 14 – TAX LIABILITY WAIVER
The Sponsor hereby waives the right to claim withholding taxes from the winners, where applicable, as permitted by relevant tax laws.
SECTION 15 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the technical requirements of using the internet, including connection performance, response times, risks of interruption, and virus exposure.
The Sponsor is not liable for any issues related to internet access, technical equipment, computer systems, phone lines, software or hardware that may prevent participation.
SECTION 16 – PRIVACY POLICY
The Sponsor is the data controller for all personal data collected during the Contest.
In accordance with applicable U.S. data protection regulations (and the GDPR where relevant), personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest and fulfilling legal obligations.
Providing personal data is required to participate in the Contest. Failure to do so will make it impossible to register or claim the Prize.
Data will be processed both digitally and manually and stored only as long as needed for Contest purposes.
Data may be shared with third-party service providers (e.g., prize delivery services, consultants), and with the participant’s explicit consent, may be used for marketing communications.
